You may use the Service without an account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of that account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own studying. You may not resell access, share your account, or use the Service to build a competing product.

All app content — wordlists, definitions, examples, mnemonics, design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. AI-generated content shown in the app belongs to you per the AI provider's terms.

Do not use the Service to break the law, harass others, scrape content at scale, attempt to circumvent paid features, reverse-engineer the AI integrations, or upload material that infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Premium and individual upgrades are one-time purchases handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase, in your local currency, set by the platform.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under their refund policies. If a purchase did not unlock correctly, email examvocabularyapp@gmail.com and we will help.

Premium grants lifetime access for the life of the app. We do our best to maintain access indefinitely; if the app is discontinued, paid features remain available offline for as long as the platform supports it.

Solve AI, Vision AI, Quiz AI, Recite AI, and AI Tips & Tricks rely on third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic). AI responses can be inaccurate, biased, or out of date. Do not rely on the Service as your sole source for important academic decisions.

You are responsible for the prompts and images you submit. Do not submit confidential information or material you do not have rights to.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued operation becomes commercially unreasonable.

We may update these Terms. When changes are material, we will post the new effective date and surface notice in the app on next launch.
